How many times have you had bad days? We all have experienced having days where everything gets on our nerves and nothing seems to go right. We wake up late, miss the bus or train, and finally get to where we are going only to find that there is more confusion and frustration waiting there. All of these situations will lead us to have a stressful and long day. One or two of these days we can handle with no problem, quickly getting back in the flow of life. There are times when these days are compounded and come one after another after another. It creates buildup of energies. This is the point where stress plays a big factor on our emotions, bodies and minds.

Stress is defined as the body’s reaction to a change that requires a physical, mental or emotional adjustment or response. Stress can come from any situation or thought that makes you feel frustrated, angry, nervous, or anxious. We have all had times in our lives where situations have caused us to feel angry or frustrated, when we had to deal with something that hurt us so bad emotionally, physically or mentally that we did not know if we could make it through the situation.
