Today I Am Going To Find Something To Feel Good About

How many times have you had bad days? We all have experienced having days where everything gets on our nerves and nothing seems to go right. We wake up late, miss the bus or train, and finally get to where we are going only to find that there is more confusion and frustration waiting there. All of these situations will lead us to have a stressful and long day. One or two of these days we can handle with no problem, quickly getting back in the flow of life. There are times when these days are compounded and come one after another after another. It creates buildup of energies. This is the point where stress plays a big factor on our emotions, bodies and minds.
Stress is defined as the body’s reaction to a change that requires a physical, mental or emotional adjustment or response. Stress can come from any situation or thought that makes you feel frustrated, angry, nervous, or anxious. We have all had times in our lives where situations have caused us to feel angry or frustrated, when we had to deal with something that hurt us so bad emotionally, physically or mentally that we did not know if we could make it through the situation.

A New Me The Regularity Of Change

Today is the first day of an exciting journey of BEING. This BEING is the point where I express all of the many inspirations that I see every day. I am so thankful for life and all of the many blessing that I and we as a human race receive every day. We are all blessed spirits pure and innocent; love will prevail over fear, doubt and the idea of separation. We are one with GOD. We are one with life.
This place of BEING is the center of the journey called life. We are all here for a purpose. The purpose of our purpose is to find our purpose. That sounds a little crazy but that is the paradox that we live in. We are the living paradox of the cosmos. We are all on a journey of SELF discovery, the way we go about this journey is what some call enlightenment or ascension. We are all more than our bodies or minds. The change of season from on to the other will show you that as the earth goes through the cycles of life, we also go through our cycles of life. This is what we call growing up or becoming mature. Out with the old, in with the new is the process of transformation.

The Diversity Of Difference

The diversity of difference is the ability to look at the various ways that life is expressed and see the commonality in them. No two people are alike; with this diversity you are going to have different way of living. Our happiness does not depend on what actions other take, rather it depends on how we perceive, receive and act on those actions.
Our roles are not to change the world by changing the roles people play, but to look inside of the roles and see the actor called you, and the role you call yourself. We have to realize that we are more than the roles we play in life, we are the awareness sitting back and looking at the roles we play. It’s just like going to the movies, only this time the feature film is called your life. Out of many we are one.
The diversity of life just adds to the mixture of paint, giving the painter (your conscious awareness) more options for the creation of a masterpiece. Let us look around and find likeness in the world around us. What things work off the same principle? Do the birds in the sky breathe the same air? Are the actions in nature showing us what it is to live life fully in the world? This will lead us to a place of seeing that we are all connected, all one, all family called humans.
