I greet you with my love which originates from the Infinite Source of Life, Love, Being, Consciousness; Awareness and all that we know and don’t know.
Being right here and right now is the source of all ease and acceptance. Being right here and right now will free you and your mind from the cyclic patters of pain, struggle, heartache and despair. Being right here and right now means exactly that, being here and now in this very moment, no matter what is happening in this moment of time. Being aware of yourself is one of the most important tools that you can use in discovering who you really are and what your purpose is in the here and now.
As we go through our life, we are all faced with a set of circumstances that we live in. These circumstances are systems of living that we can call culture. Our culture is the environment that we are raised in, whether it is the family we were raised in or the belief system of the community that we lived in. The word culture means the behaviors and beliefs characteristic of a particular social, ethnic or age group. Culture has many more meanings but basically it’s the identification with a belief, behavior and way of living within a community. As we look across the world at all the different cultures and beliefs we can find many, many wonderful ways of living and being. Each is truth and has a part of the absolute truth contained within them.
We all travel the road of progression from one level to the next, from adolescence to young adulthood, from adulthood to growing old. The systems of life are a constant progression from one state or way of being to another, from one way of thinking and seeing life to another way of thinking and seeing life. What usually happen in between these levels of progression are events and situations. The stuff we call life. These events and situations bring out our awareness from our own reality to the reality of what is happening right here and right now. As we become aware of the events, the events and its characteristics are mixed with our awareness. In turn they will produce a new way of perceiving the events that we see in life. What do I mean? When we always believed that something is one way, and then we have an experience of that something being totally different from what we believed it to be, that experience will change the way we think of that something. It will go from what we thought it was before, to what we see it is now.
The experience of struggle is an experience of non- acceptance and resistance to what is here and now. The word struggle means to contend with an adversary or opposing force. Used as a noun it is a war, a fight, conflict or contest of any kind. So when we struggle or are faced with struggles we perceive either ourselves resisting or fighting something, or other people resisting or fighting something. Once in the middle of this experience we are faced with unwanted emotions and feelings, most of these feelings we view as negative emotions. This paradigm of struggle constitutes the way a lot of people view the changing process of life, and the events that bring about that change. The cultural assumption is that victory is the goal and struggle should be viewed as unwanted or weak. In the light of this assumption how can we say “Show Me Your Struggle and I Will Show You Your Victory?”
It’s time to take a leap in the levels of your awareness of consciousness, and of life itself. We were taught that you have to struggle in life in order to achieve victory in life. You have to go through the fire of hell to reach the love of heaven. This is true in one sense but not the ultimate truth of all senses. Being here and now means letting go of your attachments to your preconceived ideas of what you think is right and wrong. It's going from what you think about a situation to experiencing the situation for what it is as it is. Your thoughts about something are totally different than your experience of that same thing. When we put words to our experiences, the words are merely expressions of what we felt and experienced, they are not the experience itself. When we struggle with ourselves or situations in life, we are confronting those situations and events from a place of resistance and rigidity. When we let go and accept all that comes, when we have non-attachment to what comes, we experience life for what it is, a never ending cycle of situations and events that produce more situations and events to be viewed and analyzed by us in order to produce even more situations and events. Life is a self sustaining force that produces more self sustaining life forces. The secret is all of this life force is produced so that you may know and accept yourself as yourself. Life’s goal is to bring to you all that you are.
What we perceive as struggle will produce that which we perceive as victory. There can be no victory without the struggle. How would you know what victory felt like if not in contrast with the feeling of not having that victory? You can’t have one without the other. So what does this mean for you? It means that being here and now with your struggle, accepting it without judgment or negativity will produce that which you seek in victory. Once you accept the struggle, the struggle disappears, because the very nature of struggle is resistance. Once you drop that resistance, the struggle will fall away also, leaving you with an experience that will propel you into your next level of awareness. Acceptance of who you are in this here and now no matter what is being produced by your here and now will lead you to the level of awareness that looks to the differences in life and differences in cultures as differences that will lead to unity. It will help you see that the struggles in life, always produces more and more life. A struggle is victory seen from the differentiated lens of your individual consciousness.
See yourself in everything and everything will see itself in you.
Hugs and kisses,
Dwayne Chamble
