Mind Body Connection A Sacred Union

My mind is concentrating on how to manifest the gifts of the spirit, which I know we possess. These spiritual gifts are not magic or easy fix it solutions; these gifts are the functions of life. How our body functions? How our mind operates in the framework of the brain. Learning how and why my physical body reacts to different situations. How chemical or electromagnetic reactions take place when my mind thinks, brain processes and body reacts? I am discovering that the quiet place where I can go and find peace is in the midst of my focus and awareness. This quiet place is the seat of my soul, the observer, the conscious awareness of all that is.
I am aware of myself on many different levels all at once. I am a man; I am an African American or American of African decent and I am also a husband. In this society I can be viewed by any of these classifications of who I am by others members of the society. I also can view myself as any one of these depending on the thought of my self. This level of awareness is but one of many classifications of whom I am. These differences all seam like they are not connected but really all of these classifications are all individuations of the one individual person I am.
I have many different attributes of consciousness (energetic force life awareness) my body perceives the natural world through my five senses (touch, sight, hearing, tasting, smelling) and these senses at their core are electro/magnetic impulses sent from my bodily receptors to my brain. My brain deciphers or registers the impulse and reacts accordingly.
When you have the urge to sneeze coming on, you feel in your nasal passage that something is in their blocking and clogging up the air ways of your nose. You feel uneasy and ready to release this feeling from your nasal passage. Then you feel the build up and then, phewwww the sneeze comes and relives the unwanted feeling. What happened in your brain was you breathed in particles that your nose hair receptors picked up as not belonging there. Or not beneficial for the survival of the whole. Your hair receptors sent a signal or impulse to your brain, telling it that some un wanted particles have entered through your nose. The brain registers this information and then sends the signals or impulses to the nasal defenses that they need to release these particles from the body. Once your nasal defenses get their orders they band together and surround the particles and trap them and this trapping gives our body the sensation of having to sneeze. Then the sneeze comes and the particles are gone. This process happens in seconds, without any conscious thought. My body reacts unconsciously for the sustenance of the whole.
This reaction is one of the regular functions of the body, as well as a spiritual function of my soul. The same reaction my body has to harmful particles, bacteria or viruses, is the same reaction my soul has when dogmas, rituals, beliefs or superstitions become harmful concepts and ideas to my soul. By harmful to the soul we mean a thing that does not contribute to your forward evolution of life. Our soul resides in bliss, peace and perfect divine unity, able to see the oneness of everything.
The brain is the master organ of the body, which processes thousands of impulses at once. The Soul or higher self is the master of my consciousness. My soul expresses itself in many different ways and styles. My soul which is the WILL OF GOD utilizes my mind which is the SON OF GOD (God’s will realized) and projects thoughts (WILL) into the physicality of all life and forms out of matter our universe, planets and every creation here in the physical life. Our physical bodies act as a bridge or conduit for matter to experience the joy of spirit.
The Holy Spirit or Whole – I – Spirit is the physical manifestation of spirit in matter, expressed in our body, mind and soul. The greatest happiness and peace will be realized when we remember who we really are and let this knowledge of who I am live through the thoughts, words and actions of this incarnation on earth. These thoughts, words and actions are the three principles of consciously creating life here on earth. These principles reflect in physicality my spiritual body which consists of love, light and life. Utilize this circular principle below to uplifting of matter to spirit. You are what you think.

That which you think you create:

That which you create you become:

That which you become you express:

That which you express you experience:

That which you experience you are

And you ARE what you THINK.

The mind thinks and the body creates “the sacred union”

Amen.
