How many times have you had bad days? We all have experienced having days where everything gets on our nerves and nothing seems to go right. We wake up late, miss the bus or train, and finally get to where we are going only to find that there is more confusion and frustration waiting there. All of these situations will lead us to have a stressful and long day. One or two of these days we can handle with no problem, quickly getting back in the flow of life. There are times when these days are compounded and come one after another after another. It creates buildup of energies. This is the point where stress plays a big factor on our emotions, bodies and minds.

Stress is defined as the body’s reaction to a change that requires a physical, mental or emotional adjustment or response. Stress can come from any situation or thought that makes you feel frustrated, angry, nervous, or anxious. We have all had times in our lives where situations have caused us to feel angry or frustrated, when we had to deal with something that hurt us so bad emotionally, physically or mentally that we did not know if we could make it through the situation.
These times in life can be the most painful as well as the most joyful. How can this be? How can something that brings you so much pain bring you so much joy? When we are in our low point where stress and negative thoughts and emotions are ruling how we view the world around us, we are in a place of change and transformation. This is the place of creating the new you. This is life’s way of showing you a path that leads back to your sanity and well being. The key to recognizing this truth is to be the awareness that is witnessing these events happening.
When you are depressed and down all of your thoughts are depressed and down. When you hate the world all of your thoughts are hateful. Becoming the witness of these events will bring you to the place of your Soul, or you’re Higher Self, the true eternal you that is forever witnessing and experiencing manifested ad un-manifested creation through the lens of perception. Your Soul or Higher Self is like the string on the necklace of life. All of the beads of the necklace are all of your life’ experiences and you are the string (conscious awareness) that holds all the beads together.
Life is an adventure and journey into matter for us spiritual beings. Mother Earth and physical matter are our reality as we exist here on this planet. This platform of life has given itself for us to learn about and navigate our way through our path of spiritual evolution. We live in a world of polarities, where we can experience the highest of highs and the lowest of lows. The high point in life we know as happiness and love. This high point is where emotions and thoughts create an easy flowing energy that radiates through our bodies into the world around you, changing everything that comes into your path by the power of conversion. This happens also when we are at a low point of stress and hate. This low point energy also spreads into the world around us to affect everything we come into contact with, either physically, emotionally or mentally.
With both of these polarities existing here with us as well as everyone else, we are all constantly giving off and receiving different energies coming from different places of experience. If you are in a low experience or a bad place right now, today look to yourself, your environment and the world around you to find something positive that you can hold onto and let that settle in your mind and feel the lighter energies of positive thinking. Know that even while you are having these emotions and thoughts of restriction and separation, you are right around the corner from expansion and unity. The shift can happen as easy or as hard as you allow it. The shift comes from your perspective of your situation. By re-membering that you are the witness of these experiences and not the experience, you can take a broader look at your life and see how what you are going through is just temporary and will pass as soon as events in life change. And change is something that appears everyday, every minute and every second of our lives.
Change, conversion and transformation are ways for us to shift our perspective of life’s experiences from things happening to you and you reacting either positive or negative, to you finding things in life to feel positive about and not denying our negative feelings but to be the observer of you having those feelings. A lot of times when you shift your thinking from the experience to the observer of the experience you also shift from the feelings of the experience.
Playing in the garden of heaven is a age old game for spirit, and when we come across a beautiful flower or a cool breeze we sit back and just enjoy being there at that moment in time. Finding things in life to feel good about is you in this physical world opening up a deeper reality of life that you’re Soul or Higher Self always resides. This inner place of knowing that you are the creator of your happiness is the place where you are always smiling at life because you know that in order to be happy you have to first BE, but if you are in the middle of the experience you can also know that to find happiness and change the way you feel you have to look either inside or outside of yourself and find things that make you good. In searching you will be changing your perspective at that moment to something else, thereby flowing from one perspective energy to the next.
Start everyday when you wake up with this affirmation, “NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENS TODAY, I AM GOING TO BE HAPPY”
Peace and love sustains all life always.
