Reinvesting In You The House Built On A Solid Foundation

To love yourself fully is to be in total alignment with your life’s purpose and mission. You are the most important person in your life. Your value can not be calculated in dollars and cents, what you can do for people or what you possess. Your value is far greater than your imagination can fathom. Reinvesting in yourself is the daily process of loving yourself unconditionally, no matter what happens in your daily life. This process will assist you in building a solid foundation on which you can build your new house of dreams and desires.
To invest means to commit or devote something for future advantage or benefit. You have invested your awareness into this physical form where you live this life as a human being. This awareness is the energy that powers your body with your life force. We are all energy, and this energy is intelligent and has awareness of its intelligence. We are all different aspects of this infinite intelligence, looking on creation from different perspectives. You are giving yourself and experience of yourself in order to know yourself.

A Pleasant Suffering The Story Of A Broken Heart

When we open our awareness to the doorway to our soul and our heart, we will be able to go to the core of our experiences with light and dark. Our heart is the first thing we think about when someone mentions love. We are all familiar with this pattern of thought. The heart we are bringing our awareness to is not our physical heart, which is the alpha and omega of our physical bodies, but rather our spiritual heart that is the keeper of all of our experiences in manifested and un-manifested creation.
The spiritual heart represents universal love, through the action of giving. This ultimate giving is what is called life. Life is called the first love because life is a system of different energies that are working together to produce more and more energy. Think about it, you are here because your mother and father (two different beings of energy) came together, mixed their energies and produced the energetic being called you. So how does this energy called love tie in with suffering? And how can it be pleasant?

A Simple Smile

What can a smile do to the day of a person? How can a smile change the way you feel about yourself? Does a smile have the power to change things? These questions come to mind when I think about a smile. What is a smile? A smile is a brightening of the face which expresses pleasure, joy or kindness. We often smile when we find things pleasing to us,  it can be a nice sunrise or a child playing in the park. A smile is energy that wells up inside of us and comes out through our face to show our appreciation for what is being observed, thought or felt.
This energy is one of the most purest forms of energies that comes directly from the source of our existence. Our heart connects us to our wider non physical part of our being. We all exist on multiple levels of creation all at once. When we observe life and view it from the perspective of the heart we will find many things to smile about. The reason we can find things to smile about is because we will not be looking at events and situations from the lens of judgment, good or bad, but from the view of loving everyone and everything, wanting them to flourish and live life to their full potential.
We have to clarify what heart and what love we are talking about. We are not talking about the physical heart and love from the ego where it is an exchange of what you can do for me and what I can do for you, but rather always giving the best part of yourself in spite of what the other person is doing. Love is not a contract of give and take.  Love is always giving and never taking.  To give your life force to another person, place or things will result in the expansion of that person, place or thing. This is where a smile comes in the picture.

A Nice Walk On The Path Of Life

Our energy fields resonate with the environment around us. Every action taken causes a ripple affect in the fabric of life. These ripples are responsible for new realities. These realities are known as our lives. We are all at our core spiritual beings, beings that exist on every level of existence. This life we live every day is a direct reflection on how you perceive yourself relating to the world around us.
I know that we have chosen to experience living as human. We have so many different examples of the love that the source of all things gives to us. This source is called GOD, the Universe, the Creator, the Higher Self; these are all just different names of the mystery of the cosmos. That mystery is life and you are the author, director and actor in this movie called your life.
Let us live a life of love and understanding, non-judgment and compassion. Let us all have the grace to allow others to choose their walk on the path called life. There are many roads that lead to the mansions of heaven. These roads can be soft to the soul of your feet. When you are resonating on a path that is in contrast to the souls of your feet, you will experience discomfort and dis-ease. The further you travel from your middle path where the grass is soft, the harder the ground gets.

Today I Am Going To Find Something To Feel Good About

How many times have you had bad days? We all have experienced having days where everything gets on our nerves and nothing seems to go right. We wake up late, miss the bus or train, and finally get to where we are going only to find that there is more confusion and frustration waiting there. All of these situations will lead us to have a stressful and long day. One or two of these days we can handle with no problem, quickly getting back in the flow of life. There are times when these days are compounded and come one after another after another. It creates buildup of energies. This is the point where stress plays a big factor on our emotions, bodies and minds.
Stress is defined as the body’s reaction to a change that requires a physical, mental or emotional adjustment or response. Stress can come from any situation or thought that makes you feel frustrated, angry, nervous, or anxious. We have all had times in our lives where situations have caused us to feel angry or frustrated, when we had to deal with something that hurt us so bad emotionally, physically or mentally that we did not know if we could make it through the situation.

A New Me The Regularity Of Change

Today is the first day of an exciting journey of BEING. This BEING is the point where I express all of the many inspirations that I see every day. I am so thankful for life and all of the many blessing that I and we as a human race receive every day. We are all blessed spirits pure and innocent; love will prevail over fear, doubt and the idea of separation. We are one with GOD. We are one with life.
This place of BEING is the center of the journey called life. We are all here for a purpose. The purpose of our purpose is to find our purpose. That sounds a little crazy but that is the paradox that we live in. We are the living paradox of the cosmos. We are all on a journey of SELF discovery, the way we go about this journey is what some call enlightenment or ascension. We are all more than our bodies or minds. The change of season from on to the other will show you that as the earth goes through the cycles of life, we also go through our cycles of life. This is what we call growing up or becoming mature. Out with the old, in with the new is the process of transformation.

The Diversity Of Difference

The diversity of difference is the ability to look at the various ways that life is expressed and see the commonality in them. No two people are alike; with this diversity you are going to have different way of living. Our happiness does not depend on what actions other take, rather it depends on how we perceive, receive and act on those actions.
Our roles are not to change the world by changing the roles people play, but to look inside of the roles and see the actor called you, and the role you call yourself. We have to realize that we are more than the roles we play in life, we are the awareness sitting back and looking at the roles we play. It’s just like going to the movies, only this time the feature film is called your life. Out of many we are one.
The diversity of life just adds to the mixture of paint, giving the painter (your conscious awareness) more options for the creation of a masterpiece. Let us look around and find likeness in the world around us. What things work off the same principle? Do the birds in the sky breathe the same air? Are the actions in nature showing us what it is to live life fully in the world? This will lead us to a place of seeing that we are all connected, all one, all family called humans.

Living In The Sunlight Of Your Being.

The main principle of expansion is the same as energy. Energy is in constant motion and movement. Even when it seems to be still and solid as with physical matter, it still is moving at its deepest levels, if you look at the atomic level of existence. The process of movement is a dynamic process that does not work in a linear manner, meaning not all results are direct affects of actions. We live in a society that governs itself by laws. These laws supersede the personal choose if they are in conflict with the given law. Now in the universe there are no real laws or mandates of what you have to do. The one thing we can call a law or a governing principle of matter or manifested creation is that we are all composed of energy at our core. That energy just like the energy in the universe is in constant motion and always moving, creating new life from converted old energy.

A Painter's Canvas The Art Of Living In Separation

The ability to live and let live is one of the hardest things in life to do. The reason for the difficulty is that it requires us to take a look at the actions of others and not judge their actions, but rather to observe their actions and the results that follow. By doing this you will take yourself out of the judge’s chair and into the chair of compassion and acceptance.
How do we sit by and look at the actions of the world and not be compelled to change it? When we look at disasters or situations that bring people pain and suffering, instinctively we want to change the situation and make it better. That is a natural human response only if the human is in touch with their nature. Are you in touch with your nature, meaning are you in touch with the first thought that you think when you see tragedy or pain. Is your response a response of love and empathy?

My First Love A Date With Compassion

At the center of my spiritual heart flows the river called compassion. We are all sometimes in life confronted with situations where we have an option to show compassion to others and the world around us. These times often come when there is a pressing need for love and sharing. When we look to our fellow man in tragic situations our hearts break, and we just want to help or relieve them of their suffering. We can look to the recent disasters around the world to show but a few examples.
So we are faced with a question, how can we help and show compassion to our brothers and sisters in humanity? I intuitively know that we exist in a world of manifest creation. We are living a world that is built on energy. Our bodies and the world around us is all composed of energy. The main principles of energy are that first energy is infinite. There is an unlimited supply of energy in the universe, with the possibilities to create life at every corner.

The River That Leads Back Home

We the human races are on an epic adventure through time and space. We have set out on this journey a long long long time ago. Upon boarding our ships of life we looked out into infinity and saw a site that made us all gleam with excitement and joy. We saw that we are on a journey of the ages, a journey that would take us from mere deck hands and seamen to expert divers and expert naval men and women.
This adventure is the story of pleasure and pain, joy and sorrow, life and death. It’s the story of living a life in the material world. A world that is filled with different identifications to hold onto and become. A place where you can be whatever you want to be. A place where you can let down your anchor and explore the waters of the deep, looking for the ancient treasures. This place is called our universe, our Earth, us.

The Beautiful Process Of Reconnecting With Your Love Child.

Everyone on this Earth has someone, or something that they love. Love is what most people seek out in their relationships and is the driving force for any parent with kids to raise. Love is the essential ingredient in any prosperous relationship. But why? Why is love so important to us and why do we go to amazing lengths sometimes to obtain love from another person. Living on Earth we humans need a lot of things to survive and flourish. The main connection that we need to survive above all else is air to breath. Without air we will not be able to continue our existence in the human form and will pass on to the next dimension of life. Love is to our spirit or soul as air is to our bodies. When we are living at a place of love, compassion, peace and harmony, we are then living on the level of love. This level of living is not so much any different than we are living right now. Now we are going about our day getting ready for work and thinking about all the things we have to get done in our daily lives. With all of the actions we have to take everyday, how much do we think in the middle of our running around, am I doing this action for love? The answer

Mind Body Connection A Sacred Union

My mind is concentrating on how to manifest the gifts of the spirit, which I know we possess. These spiritual gifts are not magic or easy fix it solutions; these gifts are the functions of life. How our body functions? How our mind operates in the framework of the brain. Learning how and why my physical body reacts to different situations. How chemical or electromagnetic reactions take place when my mind thinks, brain processes and body reacts? I am discovering that the quiet place where I can go and find peace is in the midst of my focus and awareness. This quiet place is the seat of my soul, the observer, the conscious awareness of all that is.
I am aware of myself on many different levels all at once. I am a man; I am an African American or American of African decent and I am also a husband. In this society I can be viewed by any of these classifications of who I am by others members of the society. I also can view myself as any one of these depending on the thought of my self. This level of awareness is but one of many classifications of whom I am. These differences all seam like they are not connected but really all of these classifications are all individuations of the one individual person I am.

The Dawn Of A New Day The Ideals Of The Self

We are all here as creators of our realities. Each individual reality we all create is known as your life and my life, the total of all of these different realities is what we call life here on planet earth. We have such a diversity of options to choose from here on this planet, we can experience pretty much whatever reality we want. We choose to experience living as human beings to create life and have fun doing it. We all at our core intuitively know that we are eternal spirit that can never die. Where we reside life and death as we know it are not factors. We reside in pure potential, where whatever we put our minds to we can become and experience. That’s why the saying goes a mind is a terrible thing to waste.
We all were born into this life as pure positive energy, energy that took the form of a human being with consciousness that allows us to interpret the world around us. What a remarkable thing the human body is, it is capable of sustaining you without you even giving it one conscious thought. Twenty four hours a day, seven days a week your heart is constantly pumping blood into your body to supply it with the vital oxygen that it needs to survive. Your heart is the true doorway into reality because the ultimate cause of all death (leaving the physical form) is heart failure.
