May today bring your heart joy and comfort. May the rays of wisdom shine down into the depths of your understanding, illuminating all the dark places of ignorance. Today is your day of discovery!
As I sit here contemplating life, there is a nagging sensation I have in the form of a question. Who am I and what am I looking for? That question keeps cycling to the forefront of my mind. Have you ever asked yourself this question? Who are you and what are you looking for? It seems to me this is a piranha question, in that the fulfillment of the answer will force the question to consume and devour the questioner.
This question is at the heart and soul of this blog and why I am living in this present moment of now. Who am I? What am I seeking? What is the end goal of all of the striving, accomplishments, disappointments, fears, goals and all of the activity that we call our daily lives.
Asking this type of question will bring you to the heart of your destiny and mission here in this present now. My contention and purpose of this message is to convey to you that as soon as you start looking into the nature who you are (note that everything you can see, hear, smell, taste and touch are not who you really who you are) you will find that the seeker, i.e the one who is looking is really in fact the thing sought after.
Ask yourself this question, Who am I? Am I my Body or my Mind? Will I still be aware of who I am when my body is dissolved back into the nature from which it sprung? Is there a part of me that is ever present throughout all the different stages and transitions of my body and my mind? Or asked another way is there a part of me that does not change, while everything else changes?
Today you will have a moment of insight that will reveal to you the nature of your true being. Be on alert to the revelations of God, The Creator, The Universe or whatever label you want to put on The All.
Our Mother Universe will surely take care of her offspring and provide them with nourishment for their sustenance in the form of spiritual wisdom.
Be bold, be brave, be confident in the face of trouble and despair. Know today that these circumstances are placed in your life for your benefit and growth. Going right through these situations will lead you to the place of clarity and knowing of who you really are and why you are here.
If you want to see peace in the world then go outside and be peace. If you want to see love in the world, go outside and be love. If you want to see change in the world, go outside and be change.
With love in my heart I speak peace and happiness on your day!
Peace!
